Packing Centre Operative
Location: Seagrave Road, Sileby
We are currently recruiting for operatives to join our Packing Centre team based in Sileby. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, automated environment as part of a friendly and supportive team of approximately 20 colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
Roles include (full training provided):
- Operating robotic egg packers (with occasional manual packing on lanes if required)
- Operating the robotic un-stacker and loading equipment to the main grader
- Operating denesters and loading packaging materials into machinery
Flexibility is essential, as duties may vary depending on business needs.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Regular day shifts
- Minimum 40 hours per week (typically 40–45 hours)
- Start times usually between 7:00am–8:00am
- Finish times usually between 5:00pm–6:00pm
- Hours may vary depending on business requirements

- Machine operator: 1 year (preferred)
