We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial FX Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to be part of an exciting venture.
The Role:
You will have the autonomy to build and scale your book of clients from the ground up, with the full support of K2's leadership team. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and self-motivated, driven to build relationships with key clients. This is a hands-on role where you will drive the growth of the FX business, nurture client relationships, and leverage the cross-selling opportunities across the various divisions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your book of FX clients, driving business development and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with other divisions to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and manage a team of brokers over time.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
