Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between departments. Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer information
- Answering incoming calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages
- Assist with processing sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and other departments via Microsoft Outlook and other communication tools
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales documentation and correspondence
Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated computer literacy and IT skills to adapt quickly to new systems
- Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £26,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
