We are seeking an experienced a part time seasonal Chef de partie to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to work with fresh seafood dishes combined with local produce. We are a busy beachside restaurant/hotel based on Tolcarne beach open for breakfast, lunch & dinner - 7 days a week.
Including our well known Sunday Session BBQs in our new outdoor kitchen for the summer season.
To start this June till September/October time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & cook high quality dishes
- Manage the grill section effectively
- Ensure kitchen standards & cleanliness are maintained
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef or similar role
- Knowledge of seafood preparation & grilling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
