We are looking for an experienced and professional Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fitter who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
You’ll be installing premium uPVC windows, composite doors, and related products in residential properties across the region, working alongside a supportive and well-organised team.
The Role
As part of our installation team, you will be responsible for completing installations to a high professional standard while ensuring every customer receives a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install uPVC windows, composite doors, and associated products with precision and care
- Accurately measure openings, remove existing units, and complete clean installations
- Ensure all installations are secure, weatherproof, energy-efficient, and compliant with current regulations
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, office staff, and team members throughout each project
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe while working in occupied homes
- Identify and resolve fitting issues efficiently on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in window and door installation
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high installation standards
- Own tools required (own van preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly and professional manner with customers
- Good understanding of health & safety practices and building regulations
- Ability to represent the company professionally at all times
