Job Description:
We’re excited to be looking for a Lettings and Operations Assistant to join our vibrant and passionate team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry. While the role will initially focus on the lettings side of the business, there is the potential to progress into our Operations Team for the right individual.
Progression into Operations will be dependent on the successful completion of training and development periods across different departments within the company, together with demonstrating the ability to understand, evaluate and critically assess our processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Starting salary of £30,000 with potential increase after six months.
The role:
This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who is organised, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with a variety of tasks based on business needs, including booking property viewings via phone and email, communicating with prospective tenants and landlords to progress lets and complete referencing, data entry, and providing general administrative support across the business
- Handling walk-ins, incoming calls, and general tenancy enquiries with a professional and friendly approach
- Coordinate key collections/returns for tenants, contractors, and landlords
- Comfortably switching between desk-based administrative tasks and more hands-on responsibilities as needed to support the wider team

About you
- The ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable, with excellent communication and relationship building skills
- You’ll be a dynamic individual who thrives within a busy working environment, with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- You’ll be adaptable, quick to learn and comfortable picking up new systems, processes and ways of working – no two days are the same!
- We’re also looking for someone who is naturally analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding how processes work and the ability to question them constructively and identify opportunities for improvement
- You will be required to use your own initiative and have a strong eye for detail as well as accuracy
- A full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential
