Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are working with a specialist SEND School in CV37 Stratford Upon Avon who are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. The school supports pupils with a range of complex needs, providing a safe, nurturing and highly supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
You will work alongside experienced teachers and therapists, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. This rewarding role involves helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally while encouraging independence and confidence.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
- A patient, caring and resilient approach
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
