Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to join our lettings team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service is delivered to both landlords and tenants while maintaining compliance with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Conduct routine property inspections and prepare reports.
- Monitor property compliance, including safety certificates and statutory requirements.
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy terminations.
- Handle tenant and landlord enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems.
- Work closely with contractors, landlords, and tenants to resolve issues promptly.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in property management, lettings or a similar customer service role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
