We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and reflective teacher to join Chidham Parochial Primary School and teach in Year 3 from September 2026.

Job Details
Salary: MS 1 - MS 6
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 1 Year Contract
Working Pattern: Monday to Wednesdays (inclusive of PPA time)
Location: Chidham Parochial Primary School - Year 3
Interviews: Friday 17th July 2026
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
- Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and presentation
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly supporting transition from KS1 to KS2
- Be reflective, open to feedback, and committed to ongoing professional development and coaching
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to wider school life
- Show a strong commitment to inclusion, supporting pupils with SEND and those disadvantaged
- Support and uphold the school’s Christian ethos and values
