Bespoke Hair Designs is looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Hair Salon Manager to lead our friendly and busy salon in Netley Abbey.
We are an established salon with a loyal client base and new clients waiting, offering an exciting opportunity for the right person to step into a thriving environment and make a real impact.
Position Details
Role: Salon Manager
Location: Bespoke Hair Designs, Netley Abbey SO31 5DG
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £14 per hour
Additional Earnings: Commission and performance bonus available
Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day running of the salon
*Performing all aspects of Hairdressing Services provided by the salon.
* Leading and motivating the salon team
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing bookings, client care, and salon standards
* Supporting staff development and performance
* Helping drive salon growth and retail sales
* Ensuring a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all clients

* Previous salon management or senior stylist experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A professional and positive attitude
* Excellent organisation and customer service skills
* Confidence in team management and business operations
* Passion for hair, beauty, and client satisfaction
