Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing office functions. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Oversee administrative support functions such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Handle correspondence via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organisational systems using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support onboarding of new staff members and organise training sessions
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, safe, and welcoming for all staff and visitors
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clerical experience or familiarity with data entry processes is advantageous

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
