The Operations Manager holds day-to-day operational responsibility for everything at Trevassack Lake, our fully accessible watersports and events venue, which also hosts 6 high quality accessible holiday homes on a beautiful lake on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall.
The role covers reservations and booking operation, guest communications, the accommodation, the venue, the facilities, the grounds and the site team that delivers them.
The postholder is the person who makes the site work. They run the booking diary, look after guests from enquiry through to departure, lead the permanent site team, own the changeover and maintenance operation, hold the statutory compliance regime, and make sure that what the commercial side sells is delivered to standard on the ground.
The role works closely with the Head of Commercial, who holds pricing, marketing, sales and financial performance.
This is a newly created post, and it carries real scope to shape how the site runs.
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
