Hours: 37 per week
Location: Plymouth (primarily office based, with some flexibility)
Path is looking for an organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our friendly Finance team.
This is an opportunity to use your finance and administration skills to support a local charity making a real difference to people experiencing homelessness and housing challenges.
What you'll do:
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Manage client rent accounts and income records.
- Support reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist with purchase ledger and general finance administration.
- Work closely with the Senior Accountant, Assistant Accountant and the wider team
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong administration and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
