We are seeking experienced and reliable self-employed commercial cleaning subcontractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across London and the surrounding areas.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with professional cleaning contractors who can deliver consistently high standards of service and represent our company professionally on client sites.

Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year commercial cleaning experience
✔ Self-employed status with UTR number
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ Public Liability Insurance (minimum £1 million preferred)
✔ Own cleaning equipment and supplies (where applicable)
✔ Professional and reliable approach
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and manage assigned sites
Preferred Qualifications
- DBS Check
- COSHH Awareness Training
- Health & Safety Training
- Manual Handling Certification
- Experience cleaning offices, communal areas, schools, medical facilities, and commercial premises
