We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Engineer to deploy and maintain our exciting revolutionary product portfolio, ensuring they are installed in a professional manner and our customers receive a 5* service.

In return for this we are looking for someone who has:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A background in Telecommunications/Network installations and support with demonstrable experience.
Experience in an IP Lan & Wan environment
Experience working with Fortinet, Aruba and/or Ubiquiti networking kit
Experience installing and supporting Hosted (VOIP/SIP) telephone solutions such as Gamma Horizon, 8x8, 3CX, Ring Central.
Experience installing and supporting network hardware such as routers and switches supplied by Draytek, Peplink, Technicolor, Mako and TP Link.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for both on premise and hosted telephony solutions.
Good understanding of SIP, VOIP and networking in general especially network switch and router configuration.
Good organisation skills and a high attention to detail.
A current UK driving license.
