Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Cleaning Operative - Tool to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing commercial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring that all client spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services and a keen eye for detail, ready to contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.
Duties
- Carry out comprehensive cleaning of commercial premises using appropriate tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly and stored securely after use
- Complete cleaning logs and checklists accurately to track completed duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable with a positive attitude and good time management skills
- Nice-to-have: prior experience working with specialized cleaning tools or machinery
