Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and providing excellent support to staff and clients alike. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in relevant software, and exceptional communication abilities. This is a paid position suitable for individuals with prior office experience who are eager to contribute to a professional environment.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Support and help to maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats for our BRCGS and FSC accreditations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using our bespoke order system, SAGE Line 50 and EXEL
- Support bookkeeping activities .
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed to ensure efficient workflow
- Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism in phone etiquette
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach
- Prior experience using data entry software or systems is advantageous
