Contract type: fixed-term contract (12 months)
Working hours: part-time (2 hours daily, Monday to Friday)
We are seeking to appoint an Employment Support Worker to provide Access to Work funded support to one of our team members, helping them manage workplace administration, organisation, task planning, communication, prioritisation and day-to-day work routines. You will support the individual with maintaining independence, confidence and effectiveness at work while promoting inclusion, relevant workplace adjustments and positive working relationships.
You will be experienced in supporting autistic or neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, education or similar setting and demonstrate the ability to build positive and professional relationships with varying audiences. You will communicate with empathy, clarity and patience and adopt active listening and problem solving skills.
