``Main Purpose of the Role:
- To create meaningful activities based on the resident’s needs, abilities, life history .for groups as well as individuals.
- Motivate residents with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Organising events and programmes, to enhance the lives of our residents.
- To build relationships with residents’ families so they can be part of activity provision wherever possible.
- To research and engage appropriate external entertainment within the budgets allocated.
