Duties
- Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and makeup application with precision and care
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or skincare products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area following health and safety standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging positively with guests and addressing their questions or concerns
- Promote spa services, skincare products, and makeup techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and update guest profiles accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the spa’s high standards of excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a spa therapist or similar role within a luxury hotel or spa setting
- Skilled in makeup application with the ability to customize looks for different occasions
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and wellness practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Certification or licensing relevant to spa therapy or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory
