We are looking for a Guest Hospitality Duty Manager who will champion guest experience across the entire business, creating strong alignment between operations, guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
Position Overview
The Guest Hospitality Sales Executive (Night) plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience across The Wesley Hotels. The role extends beyond traditional reception duties and supports multiple operational areas, including guest services, accommodation, food & beverage, conferences and events, sales and marketing initiatives, administration, technology and health & safety compliance.
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
· Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey.
· Support guests with arrivals, departures, enquiries and self-service technology.
· Proactively enhance the guest experience and resolve issues professionally.
Conference & Events Support
· Act as a key point of contact for event organisers, communicating hotel procedures, health and safety requirements, housekeeping standards, event timings and operational expectations, whilst providing proactive support to ensure events run smoothly from set-up through to completion.
· Support the smooth delivery of meetings, conferences and events.
· Set up and break down meeting rooms, signage, delegate packs and event materials.
· Prepare AV equipment and ensure meeting spaces are fully operational.
· Deliver refreshments and support event requirements throughout the day.
Operational Support
· Work flexibly across Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Conferences & Events and Reservations.
· Support operational requirements during peak periods and maintain service standards.
Sales, Marketing & Upselling
· Support promotions, guest engagement activities and appropriate upselling opportunities that enhance the guest experience and commercial performance.
· Support the hotel's guest satisfaction and reputation goals by encouraging guest feedback, increasing positive online reviews and promoting repeat business.
Administration, Technology & Systems
· Carry out administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
· Use hotel systems effectively and escalate issues where appropriate.
Health, Safety & Compliance
· Follow company policies, operational procedures and health & safety requirements.
Team Collaboration & Development
· Work collaboratively across the business and participate in ongoing training and development.
