You’ll join an established UK professional services firm in North London, supporting businesses and individuals across a broad range of advisory disciplines. The Role
As Head of Data & Analytics, you'll own the firm-wide data and analytics strategy and establish how data supports growth, performance and client experience. You'll shape the data platform, strengthen governance and data quality, and improve reporting, automation and CRM capability across the organisation.
Working closely with Partners and senior leaders, you'll translate complex analysis into commercially relevant insight and influence wider technology decisions. The role also includes building and developing a high-performing data team. Longer term, there is scope to create a commercial data and analytics service offering, turning internal capability into new client-facing opportunities.
- Lead the firm-wide data and analytics strategy across business functions
- Shape data pipelines, models, ingestion, storage and lifecycle management
- Advise senior leaders on performance, profitability and commercial opportunities
- Lead reporting and visualisation across Power BI, Excel and related tools
- Drive automation using Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint
- Shape CRM governance, integration, development and workflow optimisation

Requirements
You'll bring senior-level experience across data analytics, data management or data transformation, combining technical depth with commercial leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
Must-Have
- Advanced Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python capability
- Experience with Azure data environments and Azure Data Factory
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, integrations and governance
- Experience delivering automation and low-code solutions
- Proven leadership and senior stakeholder management
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building or developing a data and analytics team
- Exposure to CRM optimisation or client-facing data services
