£27,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to join our friendly team based in Gloucester.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You'll take ownership of the full sales journey; from identifying and engaging prospective Business Partners through to successfully onboarding them onto the Buyline platform.
You'll work closely with businesses across a range of sectors, helping them understand how our finance solutions can support their growth.
No two days are the same. One day you could be introducing Buyline to a new retailer, the next you'll be guiding a partner through the onboarding process or building relationships that lead to long-term success.
We're Looking For Someone Who…
· Has an understanding of point-of-sale finance or retail finance products (or experience working in a retail environment where finance is offered).
· Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.
· Enjoys sales and building lasting relationships with customers.
· Is confident communicating over the phone and via email.
· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
· Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and enjoys learning new systems.
· Thrives in a collaborative team environment while taking ownership of their own workload.
