Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to support with oversee the weekends operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and bartending, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Bar Supervisor , you will be responsible for support General Manager with daily operations of the business, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a vibrant and efficient bar environment that enhances the overall guest experience. This is weekend position but time to time weekdays shifts might be avaliable .
Duties
- Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Train new staff on bartending techniques, customer service skills, and food preparation processes.
- Develop creative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to guest preferences.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and support.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Experience
- Proven experience in a bar senior role or similar position within the hospitality industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety practices.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is essential.
- Familiarity with bar operations .
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
