Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness and recovery team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, IV therapy administration, vitamin injections, and post-operative monitoring. This role focuses on providing high-quality wellness treatments and personalized care in a safe, comfortable, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV vitamin therapy, hydration treatments, wellness drips, and intramuscular vitamin injections according to established protocols.
- Assess patients prior to treatment, including reviewing medical history, vital signs, allergies, and contraindications.
- Monitor patients during and after IV treatments to ensure safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
- Provide post-operative care and recovery support for patients following cosmetic or medical procedures.
- Observe and document patient progress, concerns, and treatment responses accurately.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness recommendations, aftercare instructions, and recovery expectations.
- Maintain strict infection control, safety, and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond appropriately to medical concerns or emergencies within scope of practice.
- Maintain treatment rooms, medical supplies, and equipment according to clinic standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience with IV insertion, IV therapy, and injections preferred.
- Experience in wellness, aesthetics, med spa, recovery care, or post-operative care is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and patient-centered attitude.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of vitamin therapy and hydration treatments.
- Experience in cosmetic or surgical recovery care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
