Duties and Responsibilities Include –
- Welcomes customers and puts them first to provide excellent service
- Confidently serves at the till, talks about our product to help drive sales and competently serves at the fitting room and offers style advice
- Offers assistance to customers displaying buying signals
- Maintains high shop floor standards to keep the store looking tidy and easy to shop
- To effectively replenish stock and ensure full size availability
- Receives and processes delivery effectively
- Supports with floor layout changes and promotional activity
