Duties:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items according to established recipes.
- Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station.
- Possibly working in conjunction with other kitchen staff, including dishwashing, prep, or assisting other chefs.
- Working with a range of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
- May include assisting with prep for other meals if needed
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all breakfast items are prepared correctly and on time and to a high quality.
- Maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Working efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Following all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Communicating with other kitchen staff and management.
