Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive football development programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions that focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, and player development.
- Mentor and support local coaches by providing training, resources, and ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality coaching standards.
- Organize and oversee regional competitions, tournaments, and community events to promote active participation and showcase talent.
- Collaborate with schools, clubs, and community organizations to expand access to football programs and increase participation rates.
- Monitor progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback to players and coaches for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of player development, attendance, and program outcomes to inform strategic planning.
Skills
- Proven sports coaching experience with a strong understanding of football techniques and tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop players of various ages and skill levels.
- Experience in teaching or educational settings that enhances communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan sessions, manage events, and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for youth development, community engagement, and promoting inclusive participation in sport.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
