We are seeking a reliable, proactive Labourer to support our growing restoration and construction team. You will assist skilled tradespeople, keep sites organised and safe, and work across high-quality fire, flood and escape-of-water reinstatement projects.
Key duties
- Assist tradespeople with daily site work
- Prepare, protect and keep work areas clean and organised
- Move materials, tools and equipment; support deliveries and collections
- Carry out strip-out, demolition, clearance and waste-removal work
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Work professionally in occupied residential and commercial properties
- Take initiative and help keep projects moving
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year, ideally 3 years’, construction or hands-on trade experience
- Full UK driving licence and your own reliable transport — essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Strong awareness of site safety and good working practices
- Fluent English, a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Able to work independently, use initiative and maintain high standards
- Willing to travel across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and surrounding areas
- CSCS card preferred

Candidates based near Horley, RH6 are preferred. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
