The Role
We have a new position in our expanding team for a motivated Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital media and content creation who is eager to develop their skills within a specialist agency environment.
You will support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for our automotive clients. While prior knowledge of the automotive world is a bonus, what matters most is your enthusiasm for storytelling, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
Key Roles
- Marketing campaigns
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Website content, including banners and blogs
- Presentations
- Printed material
- Exhibition stands
- Photoshoots and video production
- Work with the team to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Assist in the planning and digital promotion of events, shows and client activations
- Support on-the-ground at events where required, capturing content and engaging with audiences
Skills & Experience
- Degree, higher level diploma or proven track record in Marketing, Media or Communications
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital media and content creation
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Desireable
- Experience using email marketing platforms
- Basic knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
- An understanding of SEO principles
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- An interest in photography, videography and editing
Location
We are based on the High Street in Thame, near Oxford. It is a great location with immediate access to a wide range of facilities in the town centre. The successful applicant will already live locally or within a 45-minute commute to the office. Please don't apply otherwise.
