Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring all patrons enjoy their experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Serve a wide range of beverages accurately and efficiently to customers
- Take orders and process payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with opening or closing procedures
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
- Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is desirable but training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
