Are you passionate about early years education but tired of large nursery settings? I am an Ofsted-registered home childminder operating from a beautiful, dedicated garden cabin in Windsor. I am looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing Assistant to join my team.
Job Summary
.Planning and leading creative play and learning activities (indoors and in the garden)
.Supporting with daily routines (preparing healthy snacks, nap times)
.Ensuring the cabin remains a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
.Escorting children on local outings.
Must-Haves
A genuine love for working with children and a warm, positive attitude.
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the employer) and register with Ofsted.
Reliability and punctuality (crucial when working in a small team).
Excellent communication skills for building relationships with parents.
Nice-to-Haves
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
A current 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training.
A clean driving licence.
Pay Rate: £12.71
Hours/Days: 4 days 9AM-4PM
