The Role (hourly rate to be increased to £15 per hour in near future)
As a Care Support Worker, you will:
· Provide high-quality personal and practical care in clients’ homes
· Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and companionship
· Promote independence, dignity, and choice
· Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
· Work as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Working Hours
· Flexible working required
· Shifts available between 7:00am and 11:00pm
· Weekend work will be required on a rota basis
Essential Requirements
· Full UK driving licence (essential)
· Access to a vehicle (essential)
· Flexible and reliable
· Caring, patient, and professional approach
Qualifications
· SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable, but not essential
· Full training provided
