We're looking for a Regional Field Manager covering South West London and the surrounding areas.
At eXPD8, you'll work with brands stocked across major UK retailers, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard in store. As a Regional Field Manager, you'll lead your team to deliver that excellence across your region.

You'll play a key role by supervising a field-based team of District Team Leaders and Display Representatives, ensuring activity across your region is delivered to the highest standard. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and coaching your team so work is completed on time and meets client expectations.
Alongside leadership responsibilities, you'll remain visible in the field, supporting your team in store, ensuring merchandising activity is delivered in line with briefs and planograms, and that products, displays, and POS materials meet quality standards.
You'll also work cross‑functionally with central teams, ensuring strong communication, consistent execution, and alignment with client requirements across your region.
Ideal Catchment Areas:
Teddington, Feltham, Ashford or Shepperton
Areas Covered:
RG, SL, HA, UB, TW, GU, SW, KT, SM
Salary: From £34,500 (inclusive of car allowance)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work)
This is a hybrid opportunity, combining home working with regular travel across your region to support your field team and ensure high-quality execution in store.

- Experience in field sales or retail support environments
- Background in retailer or brand-led organisations
- Minimum 2 years line management experience with strong results
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Confident with IT systems and social media tools
Desirable:
- Experience working across multiple retailers and categories
- Experience with tactical or syndicated teams
- Grocery retail experience and understanding of store systems
- Budget or overhead management experience
