Support Operations
/ Assist Deputy and Store Manager with operational duties as needed such as stock management or organizing staff schedules.
Deliver an Exceptional Selling Experience
/ Assist all clients/prospects entering the store, regardless of their needs (browsing, purchase, CARE, complaints) ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism following brand Selling Experience and leaving a lasting positive impression .
/Keep client information up-to-date in the company’s CRM system and execute 1-to-1 CRM initiatives , according to the received guidelines.
/ Address complex clients’ complaints with diplomacy ; offer resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation while satisfying clients concerns.
/Serve as proactive liaison between clients and local/central service departments.
Achieve and Exceed Sales Objectives and Targets
/Actively work towards meeting or exceeding individual sales targets as well as contributing to overall store KPIs .
Prove Knowledge of Policies and Procedures
/Understand and stay updated on all trainings and procedures to provide flawless experience and personalized advice to clients.
