Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our holiday rentals are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing properties for guest arrivals, maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay, and ensuring each property is welcoming and spotless. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established cleaning protocols
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly
- Organise cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely turnover between guests
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities
- Occasionally assist with light cooking or meal preparation for guests if required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Good customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction during interactions or requests
- Experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus but not essential
- Ability to work flexibly according to scheduling needs, including weekends if required
