Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Controller to manage and lead a team of Engineers so as to provide an efficient, quality and cost effective service and ensuring that relevant KPI’s and financial performance and control measures are achieved in line with agreed budgetary and performance levels.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate/delegate and manage all technician jobs
- Ownership of the key performance indicators for the depot as laid down and agreed by the business and that corrective actions are in place to address adverse issues.
- Ensure that all allocated work is completed on time and that all completed job cards are accurate and contain accurate parts and labour costs.
- To ensure that all technicians are efficient and productive in line with agreed budgetary levels.
- Maintain effective communications with customers, ensuring that work completion times are realistic, achievable and are communicated appropriately.
- Be responsible for vehicle security, ensuring that vehicles are locked and keys are stored in a safe location.
- Act in a manner which is efficient, orderly and timely, ensuring all tasks are achieved within the set time-scales.

- Must have Full UK Driving licence with ability to travel to other sites within the UK as needed.
