Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to commercial properties.This role also requires cleaning of communal stairways to blocks of flats. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail and be anble to communicate well to our clients.
This role does not require a driving license however would be an advantage.
Must be able to make there way to addlestone by 7.15 in the mornings.
Monday-Friday 7.15-4.00
Duties
- Perform window cleaning tasks for various properties, ensuring all windows are spotless and streak-free.
- Carry out cleaning duties to communal areas to a high standard
- Utilise appropriate cleaning tools and solutions safely and effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while on the job site.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
