The Plymouth Hoe club is seeking a sociable, outgoing part time bar assistant with at least one years previous licensed trade. (Additional knowledge of cellar work preferred.)
You will be required to work wednesday and Thursday eveningsm 4.15pm to 8.30pm and occasional Sundays 2.00pm to 8.00pm Including Bank holiday weekends. Applicants who cannot commit to these hours need not apply. The opportunity for additional hours may arise.
Duties: To open and close the club after suitable training.
To greet members and their guests and provide a professional welcoming atmosphere.
Service of beverages and snacks to members and guests.
Be conversant with cash and card payment systems.
Restock the bar during shifts and at the end of day
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area both inside and out.
Knowledge of H&S and food hygiene regulations.
