- Previous turf management experience
- Experience in maintenance practices and techniques
- Understanding of health & safety requirements
- Proactive with a willingness to learn and develop grounds skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, using initiative
- Task orientated and proactive with ability to plan effectively.
- Ability to prioritise Jobs, work as part of a team or on their own especially during adverse weather conditions
