MMB has been named a capital delivery partner on two multi-million-pound ‘lots’ that will see the company deliver projects across the region through to 2030 - with the potential for a five-year extension into AMP9 thereafter.
Wessex Water serves 2.9 million customers with water and sewerage services across the south west of England. Set for record investment in AMP8 – more than double that of AMP7 – MMB will bring its strong track record of innovation and direct-delivery to drive a programme of work.
We will be delivering schemes located around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset area.
As a Document Controller, you will play an essential role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that make a real difference to our environment and communities—ranging from improving flood defences and upgrading water treatment works to providing nature-based solutions that enhance biodiversity.
The role of a Document Controller includes:

Preparation and publication of documentation, as well as coordinating the storage, organisation and sharing of information.

Work collaboratively with the projects teams and asset integrators.

Support and train staff on the MMB Business Management System (BMS) document control and United Utilities Sharepoint system.

Contribute to improving the Framework Management Plan, Digital Plan and the BMS.

Set up project filing structures in Microsoft SharePoint and establish incoming and outgoing documentation processes; monitor and support the project teams to comply with the processes.
What you’ll need:

Educated to Btech/ONC/HNC/HND level, or relevant vocational qualifications and training

A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
