We are seeking an excellent and suitably experienced Kitchen Porter for Place Hotels, on York Place & Cockburn Street in Edinburgh

Who we are looking for:
Reporting to the Head Chef, ideally you will have kitchen experience, providing a focus on creating a clean, healthy and safe environment for the kitchen in our Hotel. Paying attention to cleanliness standards, attention to detail and delivering results in a timely manner.
Highly motivated, focused on getting it right first time, able to demonstrate experience of approach to working with people. Ability to work cooperatively with others as part of a team or on your own, demonstrating commitment to group objectives, demonstrate anti-discriminatory attitudes,
What we offer:
This role comes with a pay of £12.94 per hour and it is a permanent contract, subject to a three-months probation period. The shift pattern will be as steady as possible but we would appreciate a candidate who can manage a flexible schedule. We do guarantee great flexibility to suit any personal need, if the business can allow it. There are also opportunities for overtime, especially in the summer period.
