Sales Agents (training provided)
Paid every hour you work PLUS Commission
£29,000 k - £50,000 k per annum OTE PLUS
Fully paid training provided and once trained you are paid a base salary PLUS great commission ££££££££££££££
After the training hours will be Monday to Thursday 8am - 6.15pm and Friday 4.30pm finish
No previous sales experience required - you must be confident on the telephone and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality, with some previous customer service skills.
A fantastic opportunity based in Hellesdon, Norwich, the successful candidate will earn an hourly rate plus generous commission, with OTE of £29,000 -£50,000k PLUS

My client has an ethos of promoting from within, so there will be opportunities readily available for the successful Customer Service Advisor to progress to areas such as Team Leader and Senior Floor Leader given the right attitude.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Making outbound calls - all warm calls! Everyone has expressed an interest in taking your call
- Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
- Building rapport with customers
- Updating the CRM system
- Meeting KPI’s
- WARM CALLING ONLY
