Warehouse Supervisor – Darlington - Frank’s the Flooring Store

About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor in our Darlington store, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our warehouse and stock areas are organised, safe, and running smoothly. Working closely with a small and friendly team, you’ll make sure that customer orders are well-prepared and that the shop floor remains well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading deliveries and checking stock
- Organising and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Replenishing stock on the shop floor
- Coordinating purchased products ready for delivery and fitting
- Maintaining a tidy and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting the retail team on the shop floor as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or stock control experience (supervisory experience desirable)
- A hands-on, proactive attitude
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Working Hours
- Full-time: 37.25 hours per week over 5 days
- Flexibility required to meet the needs of the business
