Overview
We're a fast-growing creator management agency and we need someone to support our creators across every touchpoint - from content creation and editing to strategy and analytics. This isn't just an editing role - you'll be embedded in the day-to-day of our creators' social media presence, keeping things moving, on-brand, and growing.
Duties
- Edit and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and Twitter/X
- Design graphics and visual assets to support creator branding
- Attend shoot days to support content capture (travel will be required)
- Develop monthly content calendars and generate viral, trend-based ideas
- Monitor analytics daily and adjust strategy based on results
- Conduct weekly one-on-one calls with creators to review performance and plan content
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to align content with sales campaigns
- Submit weekly performance reports per creator and a monthly summary across all creators
- Maintain organised shared drives, content banks, and creator backlogs
- Ensure compliance with all platform Terms of Service and internal content guidelines
- Flag risks such as content delays or underperformance to leadership with solutions
Experience
- Proven experience in social media, content creation, or a creator support role
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple creators and deadlines
- Confident communicator comfortable leading calls and managing creator relationships
- Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable travelling for shoot days when required
Pay: £13.48 per hour
