Assistant Site Manager/Finishing Foreman – Stoke Gifford, Bristol.
Protech Site Services Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Assistant Site Manager/Finishing Foreman to work on a large residential development in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.
We are looking for a highly motivated Site Manager with previous experience working for a national or regional housebuilder. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistant Site Management and Finishing Foreman experience with a national/regional housebuilder.
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Strong team and individual management skills
- Brilliant communication skills
- Health and Safety focused with the ability to promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid
- Experience
Pay & Benefits:
- £240.00 per day
