Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard.
- Work with fresh ingredients, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
- Contribute to daily prep and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
