About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our teams across Norfolk. You will provide essential day-to-day care and support to patients, helping them maintain dignity, independence and comfort. We have vacancies on day shifts, night shifts and weekend patterns – tell us your preference and we will try to match it.
What You Will Do
- Assist patients with personal care: washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, eating and drinking
- Take and record basic observations: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation
- Help with meals, hydration and monitoring food/fluid intake
- Support with mobility and moving & handling, using equipment safely
- Maintain accurate care records and handover information
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, communicating updates to nurses and colleagues
- Provide emotional reassurance and companionship to those in your care

Shift Patterns
- Days: 07:00 – 19:30 (varied finish times)
- Nights: 19:00 – 07:30 / 20:00 – 08:00
- Weekends: Fixed or rota weekend shifts – extra enhancements applied
- Flexible rotas available to suit work-life balance where possible
