Hours: Monday - Friday / 07:00am - 17:00pm / 45hour week with 1 hours unpaid lunch.
Salary: £14.61 / £34,187.40

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of planned and reactive services for industrial, commercial, and domestic customers, ensuring full compliance with established quality standards
- Plan and schedule labour, vehicles and plan on a daily and weekly basis, building in flexibility to respond quickly to emergencies and changes in the works programme
- Receive and process service requests via phone or digital channels, providing clear support to customers and deploying the appropriate resources to meet agreed timescales
- Carry out all duties in line with health, safety, statutory, and company quality management procedures
- Proactively manage internal systems and databases to ensure operational targets and wider company objectives are consistently achieved or exceeded
- Maintain a clear and consistent escalation process to management
- Produce and distribute daily whereabouts to Transport Managers, the Out-of-Hours team, and customer, actively monitoring utilisation and driving efficiency
- Provide timely, proactive updates to teams and the wider business on job allocation, progress, and completion
- Monitor vehicle performance to ensure daily revenue targets are met
- Manage and minimise sub-contractor usage, keeping levels within agreed thresholds

- Proficient using Microsoft Office systems including Word and Excel
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous planning experience within the drainage industry
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Background in resource planning
