Duties

- Take customer orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and provide friendly service to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas throughout shifts.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritising orders and ensuring timely service during busy periods.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food items and cleaning protocols.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety standards is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
